We scheduled a valuation from Salisbury Henderson last year and welcomed their partner Sally Salisbury into our home.
I was very disappointed by her attitude, she made several comments about the property comparing it in a less than favourable way to other properties in the area. She felt that it was an appropriate home for a family with teenagers - despite the fact that we had a young family and were moving away or would have stayed in the propert, before valuing the property at between £55,000 and £70,000 less that other agents.
When I expressed my surprise she was extremely dismissive and rude informing me that she knew the market better.
Needless to say we sold our property with a different agent for £60,000 more than her valuation within a week of marketing.
I wouldn't recommend this agent to sell a propert quite simply because they are lacking in people skills.

Holli managed the sale of my mother in law's bungalow, 300 miles from where I live.
She was very professional, trustworthy, communicative and diplomatic often in difficult circumstances. Holli was extremely competent in all that she did and made no mistakes. Her proactive problem solving skills saved us a delay of at least several weeks near completion of the sale.
Her overall performance was outstanding and in my experience has never been bettered.
