Waste of time asking questions about auction listings found errors on property advertised as 2 bed when it was 1 said it had a tenant but no information in legal pack, no access to property riders in legal pack saying it doesn't matter what is said on listing it's up to bidder to find out ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
