I cannot praise Roscoe Rogers highly enough. Their approach was totally professional with all the effort neccessary to make the initial sale and to ensure that progress to contracts and completion was smooth and relatively trouble free. How is this agent still in business? Regulations should be brought in to give at least basic training and perhaps some people skills. This agent would be better spending it's time not dealing with the public; as either sellers or buyers, they couldn't care ... Read Full Review

Thoroughly disappointed with this bunch. We've viewed a couple of properties on their books, both around the million mark and on each occasion their performance has been a joke. Last time the agent was so rude to the vendor it was embarrassing to watch. They showed no interest in our enquiry. ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
