Rude staff, apartment was damp and Clothes would never dry even when it was summer!was never fixed. Neighbours advised it has been a problem for years.
Staff were rude - telling us separately that she tried to call one of us but didn't get through and vice versa. When I asked her about this, she adamantly denied she even tried calling me or my ex and said to me that she thought my ex 'was trying to pull the wool over my eyes' not knowing we had a very good relationship! She didn't even think this was rude, inconsiderate or insensitive!
They only took around 20 pics when we moved in when doing the inventory but took 100's when we moved out!
Would NOT recommend!

Rob and Rooftops were very accommodating and were able to do viewings with us of an evening and also on a Saturday which was very useful to my partner and I as we are both in full time work and not from the Macclesfield area. We were also able to pick our keys up on a Saturday to move in and everything ran smoothly and was ready for us on arrival at the Estate Agent in the morning of our move.
Rob was knowledgeable of the area (we have relocated) and has also been very patient when I ring him to ask him (a lot!) of questions. This is my first time moving into rented accommodation and I have found the process very easy and from the time of our viewing and moving in it has taken no longer than 3 weeks.

Recently moved into a property in Macclesfield, Rob and the other staff at Rooftops were very helpful and friendly, and helped the process of finding a property very easy. I was given a look at a number of properties before finding a lovely apartment that I settled on. The property is great value, in a good location and my landlord is very efficient and deals with any issues that crop up within 24 hours. I'd recommend Rooftops for the service alone but the properties they have on offer are of a high quality and a reasonable price, making them a perfect choice, particularly for young professionals looking to work in or around the Wilmslow area.

As a lady I have dealt with Rooftops since 2000 on a let-only basis. During that time I have always found them extremely helpful and efficient.
On a few rare occasions when I used other agents I realised just how much more thorough and reasonable Rooftops are!
I had a very unfortunate experience as a result of another agent's more basic version of the Tenancy Agreement which did not specify that smoking was not permitted, and we were left with huge expenses to rectify damage as a result, as I had assumed the ASTA contents were much the same between agents.
I have always found the staff friendly and a pleasure to deal with, and their paperwork is sent through quickly.

I have been with Rooftops for 2 � years and in that time have been extremely satisfied with their services in fully managing my property rental for me.
I have met most of the staff who work in the Macclesfield branch and have found them all to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and reliable. Any queries or concerns I have mentioned have been dealt with in a prompt manner. Ruth has been my usual point of contact and I am always impressed by her efficiency, patience and attention to administrative detail, given how busy she always seems to be on the occasions when I call in to the office.
Rooftops use local, often independent, contractors to carry out maintenance tasks in my property, and those that I have met have, again, been thoroughly professional and reliable, something that was not the case with another letting agency I had used previously.
I feel that my property is in safe hands with them and I therefore would not hesitate to recommend them.
