Awful company. Take advantage of disabled renters and do not clean property prior to entry. Can't seem to supply me with cleaning certificate. Moved in and back door covered in cat diahhrea. Awful company. Take advantage of disabled renters and do not clean property prior to entry. Can't seem to supply me with cleaning certificate. Moved in and back door covered in cat diahhrea. I have had broken extractor fan in bathroom since moved two months ago. Told the guy dealing with my flat was "on holiday for two weeks" and not appointed a temporary replacement.. Mass ignored emails and voicemails. Then told maintenance service not available until OCTOBER. I moved in late June. The people who work here care about money and nothing else. They are making my mental and physical health worse by their lack of care and action in my home. Absolutely appalling way to treat fellow humans.

Terrible company. Great on front end getting you in property, property management have major issues. Reports of mass walk outs and it shows. 6 weeks on from reporting and still have no working fire, hob or a door that closes properly. Reports of mass walk outs and it shows. 6 weeks on from reporting and still have no working fire, hob or a door that closes properly. Romans ignored issues for 2 weeks before contacting Landlord who to the landlord's credit have authorised work immediately. You get advised work is authorised only for it to be left by them again and with random contractors showing up at your house without appointments.

Rude staff that do not like when you are clear on expectations, passed around to all different "Managers" but no one seems able to sort issues.
I would suggest severely under staffed and it affects the tenants and Landlords. Have raised a formal complaint but not yet heard back but that isnt a shock! Would not recommend!

I rang this morning and had to wait for the person who answered the phone to finish downloading before she could help me!!! I only wish I could change my agent.
