I chose Robert Leech to sell my sisters' house as Mr Leech valued the house for Probate purposes. I knew else about them really as I live in Devon.
The house was sold at the second attempt and is now finished. Petula Clark who I dealt with was marvellous. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Because I live so far away they did the jobs I couldn't do - like being there to meet people like the water boar,d as a leak had occurred in the garden. There were many things and nothing was too much trouble and she was so polite and never left me in the dark about anything. I would recommend them 100%.

From recommending me my current mortgage advisor to buying through them. I can't thank all the staff enough really. I'm currently letting out my central Oxted flat through them as I've moved into London for a short while to experience the London life. Every-time I'm back in Oxted I always pop my head in to say hello. (Not just to see the dog) because it's nice to just catch up with everyone and see how things are on the market. Also I genuinely like to go and have a chat with everyone. Likewise if I have a question and I can't make it down, I call, I email and I get a response almost right away even if it's to tell me they're looking into it. It's the little things that count in my view and everyone seems to go that little extra to help out.

We needed to find a family home to rent while we had work on the house we had bought. We were quite new to the area. We knew we could be living there a while so it had to be right. When we were renting the owners wanted to sell the house use once our contract was up, and again Petula and the team at Robert Leech where very considerate and professional towards our family's timetable, while they were doing the viewings. Thank you Petula you were a star. I would not hesitate to recommend you.

Having rented our property - having relocated abroad - Robert Leech Estate agents have been nothing short of excellent in every aspect of their business and service. Renting ones home doesn't come without the odd issue (mainly tenant related) and there is no stone unturned when it comes to their hard work in representing our property and us as Landlords in rectifying any issues. Always professional and courteous and the property most importantly , has never been empty - with 4 sets of tenants to date. I thoroughly recommend Julie, Katie and their team at Oxted branch of Robert Leech Estate agents.
