My daughter and her partner, in very good faith, viewed a Cottage in Oxted with Brooke from lettings. They were advised a few days’ later that the property was no longer available as a family friend would be taking over the tenancy. I saw today that the property was still advertised online so made a call asking about it. Brooke answered the phone and advised there were viewings being booked in this Saturday!!! I asked if things had changed to which she advised that nothing as every changes. I then advised her that she herself met my daughter and her partner at the property and that she herself then advised them that it was no longer available ? She advised she would look into it, to which I responded that there was no need as obviously they have been mis advised or to put it more plainly lied to. This angers me! My daughter and her partner did everything they could to supply what was required to Brooke and she did not even have the decency to be open and honest with them. They travelled quite a way to view the property and fell in love with it: even going to the extent of writing a brilliant reference letter for the Landlady to introduce themselves. I myself work within Estate Agency and pride myself on my honest and integrity and am maddened by this: if you feel that someone is not right for a property for whatever reason then just tell them they have not been successful : so not come out worth it excuses or lie to them! All trust lost I’m afraid and to think that I brought my daughter up to be honest and have integrity only to be treated like a fool. Well they absolutely do not want anything to do with Robert Leech now and strangely are put off the Cottage now. I wonder why ?!! Mrs Baldwin

Having sold our house we started to look at rental properties. We walked into the office in a Saturday to register our interest and received a follow up call on Monday.
In the subsequent weeks despite all our efforts we struggled to find a suitable rental. We viewed glats, houses. We struggled to secure viewings. We found ourselves competing with others, trying to outbid their offers.
Weeks later we saw a flat advertised with Robert Leech and arranged a viewing with Michelle. Within 1 hour of seeing the flat, Michelle guided us through the process of securing our next home. It was done with such ease and professionalism. Amazing!
