We have used Ridgeway Agents as our agency for our rental property for a few years now and we feel so confident leaving our property in their safe hands while we are living abroad. I have been with Ridgeway Letting agents for a number of years now and have been delighted with the service they give me. If ever my tenant refers an issue to them they liaise with me immediately and give me assistance resolving the problem. An agent has been assigned to my property who has established a very positive rapport with my tenant, so that any issues are resolved speedily both to our mutual satisfaction. I would highly recommend them.
