I spoke to two people on the telephone about arranging viewings on a number of properties and was informed that I could view them at the weekend. Hence I travelled from Belgium to do so. At 6:00 pm the day before the viewing I received a voicemail message that they were no longer interested. I called this morning and was treated like a waste of time by the person I spoke with. I am furious that I have made an unnecessary trip and that when I called to ask why and if there were other properties I was dismissed. I own a small business in Belgium and was hoping to move back to Wellingborough to care for my aging parents. I will never work with such an unprofessional outfit and I strongly advise anyone else to avoid these people.
