Highly disappointing and upsetting experience, Regal Estates charged me fees which I believe are not legal, the ‘Director’ was threatening and intimidating when I pointed this out. My complaint was then dealt with by the same director, who, not surprisingly, found that he did not act inappropriately. The same Director threatened to withhold overpaid rent, until I told them this was not legal. As soon as you raise legitimate questions my experience is that the service you receive becomes incredibly nasty, processes seem to be made up on the spot. I personally would not recommend based on what I have experienced.

Walked into this estate agency to find property in the near area to rent, it had to be in the near Neasden tube (jubilee line). One of their letting negotiators took me to see 3 properties within walking distance, one of them I liked and wanted to go for. Checks took around 24 hours with an... Read Full Review

Walked into this estate agency to find property in the near area to rent, it had to be in the near Neasden tube (jubilee line). One of their letting negotiators took me to see 3 properties within walking distance, one of them I liked and wanted to go for. Checks took around 24 hours with an external company they use, I think it is Homelet and I moved in within 3 days, Easy to deal with and straight forward.

They were not attentive when i went into the branch. The receptionist asked the one agent in the branch to deal with my query and they said they were busy and i had to wait over 5 minutes, after which time there was no good customer service and not much politeness.
