I would never recommend or use again, as a tenant or a landlady/landlord.
The landlady has actually lost out on an additional 12 months rent as I’ve literally moved up the road with an agent and landlord who really care.

Estelle helped us so much when viewing a rented property. Even though the keys to the garage were not available she quickly got the landlord to drop them off so we could view on the same visit. It is impossible to not give Estelle 5 stars. She went above and beyond for me in the sale of my house. With slow moving solicitors (and in the case of the buyers solicitor - inadequate is the only way I can describe them), Estelle was the one who kept the sale moving. She was professional at all times, always taking my call, sharing my frustrations and always prepared to pick up the phone for me and do what was needed, no matter how repetitive this became. She always followed through with everything she said she would do and kept me up to date with with the situation.

Dear Sue,
I would like to thank Reeds Rains for their help in selling my property in York. I live some 150 miles away and it was therefore difficult for me to take part in the process of the sale but I need not have worried as the staff advised on every step of the sale from valuation, advertising, open days, vetting purchasers, instructing solicitors and much much more. I was kept informed of the position all the time by my staff contact, Sue Hannon, even when I was out of the country. RR were prepared to go the extra mile and provided a great service.

Estelle is very warm and welcoming, and seemed delighted to show us around the properties. The purchase took an extraordinarily long time ( 13 months to complete ) and Sue kept me informed and up to speed with things every step of the way, also encouraging me to carry on with the purchase when I was about to throw in the towel.
All in all I have been impressed with Reeds Rains and Sue Hannons service .
