We have used the services of Reeds Rains Wrexham for the full management of three rental properties in recent years. They continue to provide an excellent comprehensive professional service, which covers all aspects of renting out our properties.
Once the rental management is handed over to Reeds Rains, they can be trusted to competently deal with all aspects, and any issues that may arise from time to time.

Friendly advice: please do not waste time with them, even if they have properties that might seem appealing to you. Long story short: after exchanging a lot of e-mails and getting you to view a specific property, they will lie to your face that, if you like that property, all you have to do is call ... Long story short: after exchanging a lot of e-mails and getting you to view a specific property, they will lie to your face that, if you like that property, all you have to do is call their office and apply for it, on the spot (fact which will start the referencing process for you, as a potential tenant). All good, you are happy, you give it a think and then decide to let them know that you want to proceed with the above mentioned property (e-mail and phone call, shortly after, i.e. 1-2 hours). Now, here come 2 parts:

1. The fun part: when you get to talk to them again they tell you that, oh, there were other applications for that property already and that the landlord will decide which one will he accept;
2. The absurd / deceiving parts:
a) you have no idea on the criteria that the landlord will use to make his decision, AS YOU WILL NOT BE ASKED ANY DETAILS WHATSOEVER before or after doing the viewing;
b) if an offer was already submitted for that property why on Earth did the viewing even take place or why are loads of applications collected, without requesting for any details whatsoever?
Like I mentioned at the beginning, steer well clear of them as, since they have too many customers (probably), they afford to lie and deceive them.
