The tenant we have now wants to stay another year so we've decided to do the rent collection ourselves Reeds Rains want to charge a fee of one months rent plus VAT as they will need to draw up a new agreement. At the moment the existing agreement has expired and we are now on a rolling contract, for us to give a month's notice to terminate this rolling contract they again want a fee of one month's rent plus VAT. How can this fee be justified?

2/3 weeks ago we booked a viewing to see the most beautiful property, we knew from the pictures it was the one for us, we now live in this house!! Quick hey!! The service we received from Megan was slick and straight to the point she fully communicated with us throughout the short time frame and has looked after us following moving in also!! We have been wanting to move for around 12 months and honestly nearly gave up hope as the deposit for rentals would have been hard for us to get together but Megan helped us with the zero deposit guarantee which has been amazing for us and helped us move in pretty much record time!! Thank you to Megan for getting us to the area we wanted to move to, in a beautiful house, all within 2/3 weeks!! Xxx

I would have no hesitation in recommending Jo and her team keep up the good work. I must say that after reading some of the negative comments posted to anyone thinking about using reeds rains they are very good at what they do and would use them again no problem, you can't please all the people all the time I think some people get the agents job confused with the role of solicitors.

As overseas landlords, it is essential to have an agent you can rely on. Reeds Rains at Wilmslow were everything we needed and more - nothing was too much trouble despite the fact that we only wanted a short term lease. We have just bought a property through Reeds Rains in which they were with us from beginning to end. We originally thought once the agent had received an offer which was excepted that was their job done, however Jo was with us throughout the process.
The solicitors for both parties were not great and Jo kept us in the loop every step of the way. The pressure at some points was awful and Jo helped keep us calm and where we were up to. We felt like her only clients, even though we know this isn't the case, a very personable service.
In her absence Heather stepped in and provided as much information as possible.
We couldn't speak highly enough of Jo and are really thankful she was there with us along the way.
Thank you so much, I will definitely be recommending Reeds Rains on the back of the service provided by Jo and Heather.
