A first class all inclusive service received from the Wakefield team. Buying the property, arranging the mortgage and tenants couldn't have been made any easier. We have recently used Reeds Rains Wakefield on the sale of our house. The transaction was very very testing to say the least due to issues with our buyer.
The team were always on hand to answer my calls and emails and they always kept me updated on the progress of the sale.
Whilst there are cheaper online estate agents out there I genuinely believe you get what you pay for and RR's service was 2nd to none. I feel that without the support of Lisa and the team the sale would of most certainly fell through.
I cant thank RR Wakefield enough for getting us to completion and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any potential sellers or buyers.

We had a very positive experience with Reeds Rains - Wakefield Branch.Lisa, Samantha & the team have always been very responsive, cordial and helpful right from start. The procedures & paperwork in particular have been simple and clear.
We have been looking for a home for the last 12 months and we have interfaced with a lot of other popular estate agents in West Yorkshire. In all honesty, we've never seen such simplicity, care and thoroughness with anyone else in Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield.

BANG ON the value,fast to the market,her experience and knowledge just walk all over the competition, there is no competition!! You did it Joanne! your enthusiasm got me within minutes of your visit. Job done, brilliant!!
Now next, LISA!!! again on the ball or what!!, Every step of the way a phone call, with total update and explanation of everything, absolutely fantastic support and always so positive. Nothing left unturned , every inch of the way you were on it! my phone rang and I just said "hi Lisa" because I knew you would be there!
My experience with you and all your amazing team was nothing more than just perfect, every time I spoke to anyone in the office , I was greeted with perfect professionalism , positive and welcoming attitude, like chatting to family.
I have never experienced such service as this , I watched houses sell by your branch before I contacted you, I know why you do so well----------you all work so hard to get it right, first time and every time!

This was the sale of our family home of nearly 60 years. Joanne was tactful, confident and efficient. She was easy to talk with and listened well to our opinions and considerations. As we liked Joanne and her advise was in line with our requirements, we instructed her straight away and cancelled the other two appointments with agents. The house was open to view at Easter and the sale completed in June. Thank you Reeds Rains for a job well done.

If your buying a house that's all very good but if you are considering a tenancy from this company avoid avoid avoid
If your reading this reeds rains this is just the start of what will be many years of complaints as the rental market just gets worse and worse and the government will step in and compensation company's will be upon you.
