Dee was my agent and she is now the Manager which is rightly deserved. Dee took me to view a house that was not up to snuff, she showed me a second house which was as good as sold by the time we got back to the front door. I made her Christmas last year as it was exactly 1 year today (23rd December 2016) that Isigned on thee dotted line. I told Dee that I wanted a Homes under the Hammer completion and she did the impossible and came in under 4 weeks with completion. A FANTASTIC crew at Tunstall, even once they have completed a sale, they still keep in touch to make sure all is well and being true sales people, just in case you might be in the mood for another purchase or sale...lol, love these guys, would never go elsewhere for a sale or purchase...Well done Dee

Highly recommended!!!
Keeley was a brilliant mortgage advisor. As it was our first time buy we were new to this and she was more than helpful in answering our queries. She did what we paid for and more. She even helped with suggesting houses to look at and booking the viewings for us which helped a lot because we work full time. Her service didn't stop when helping us to choose the best mortgage. She helped us right up until completion.

I would like to start of this review, stating that I cannot emphasize enough how much I have grown to dislike the average estate agent in the months I have been selling my property, looking to buy somewhere again, and finding somewhere to rent to bridge the gap in between. Typically unreliable and don't phone back when they have said they will do and only too often, completely untrustworthy... Refreshingly, Dee was nothing like this. I have not met a more straight forward, honest and down to earth estate agent. She was really friendly and genuine and helped us to get in to the house inline with our extremely tight deadline. I believe in quality customer service and that it is the people that are face to face with those customers that build a reputation. Dee is an example of one of those people and the reason I would recommend ReedsRains. I am more than happy to complain at length of poor service, so believe it's important to point out extremely good service as well, hence the time taken to write this email. Since getting into our rented house, the search to buy has continued and Keeley has also been absolutely brilliant. I can't believe how dedicated she is I finding the best deals for people and the long hours that she works. Once again, really easy to talk to, she made everything easy to understand where others have made it confusing and down to earth. I am yet to send her the last bits and pieces of information that she needs due to being so busy, but will be doing and will be recommending her services should the opportunity arise.
