I've never been a landlord and rented out a property before but thanks to Reeds Rains and the helpful advice and guidance from Nathan the whole thing couldn't have been easier! Rather than being a daunting experience, Nathan led me smoothly through the whole process from start to finish. The sale of my property went smoothly, but after that the whole experience became very stressful. The memorandum of sale was not sent to the Advantage property lawyers for three weeks. But most annoyingly was the fact nobody seemed to know the extent of the chain involved with the purchase and sale of these properties. It took long phone calls from myself to get to the bottom of this, I thought that was why I was paying others for the service.
