Jen Box is no normal sales negotiator, she has a great attention to detail, but the biggest thing for me is communication, Jen kept us informed on a regular basis , responds via text , email and voice mail if she isn't available because of viewings etc. A true professional, no hesitation in using again in the future.

We have recently moved into a rental property and we could not be more pleased with the expertise of the company and their staff. They made everything so smooth from start to finish and were so friendly and helpful. My thanks especially to Hayley who was with us all the way and to Jane who was invaluable in the move-in process. I cannot praise them enough. Moving is stressful at the best of times but when you have such helpful staff to guide you through the processes, it surely helps such a lot. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone buying or renting.

It seems common practise at this office that if you don't use their inhouse mortgage broker service that they'll work against you. They'll do their upmost to ensure that sellers choose a buyer that is using their mortgage broker because they'll earn a commision, including not passing on offers.
If you're a buyer, note that it'll cost you another £500 to use their broker if you want to stand a chance of getting the property.
If you're a seller, note that you wont be informed of the best offers on your property and they only have their greedy pockets at heart.

Reeds Rains St. Helens, have been outstanding. Their dedicated team; in particular Hayley Hughes and Jane Kerrigan, have rocketed from the off, with unbeatable passion and drive to secure me a tenant. I needed a tenant finder service and within a few days they achieved multiple viewings and copious amounts of interest in my property, but they didn't stop there. With their momentum in full flow, a tenant let me down, but the dedicated team persisted in their efforts to market my house. Success ensued -- they found me the ideal tenant within a few weeks and in turn, also fulfilled my tenant's goal. I will use Reeds Rains again and I strongly recommend their services, weather you need a tenant finder's fee or a full letting agent, I have no doubt they won't let you down. 10/10.

Overall a very disappointing service. I rang to make arrangements to view a property and was told no one was available to help me and that someone would call me back. Reeds Rains were one of 3 local estate agents who we invited to provide a house sale quote and whilst at this appointment, they also offered guidance in preparation for the sale of our home. The professional service, the knowledge shared based on years of previous house sales experience and even the pre- preparation information about the house that was brought to this first meeting was outstanding. Michael Foreman represented Reeds Rains initially and we were very impressed with the company's ethos. Jane Kerrigan was the estate agent allocated to us and who continued to provide an excellent professional and reliable service in a friendly and efficient manner. We were kept informed and updated of all progress each step of the way and our house was sold within 6 weeks of advertising and successful completion date within 11 weeks.
