If i could leave 0 starsbi would. Bullies, liars and horrible people to deal with. I thought the head office team on the phone were bad until I had to deal with the branch staff. Utterly incompetent. Watch out for Greg the manager he is your typical slimy, creepy salesman who lies to try get what he wants.

We're buying a house from Reeds Rains in Rothwell at the moment and just wanted to say that Denise has been exceptional. She replies to e-mails quickly and is so helpful, getting answers from the sellers solicitors for us, giving us the answers that we struggle to get. We're hoping to exchange this afternoon and if this does go ahead on time it will be, for a big part, down to Denise. As I've titled my review, she is absolutely brilliant.

I would like to say that the customer service I have experienced from Reeds Rains (Rothwell) has been excellent.
