When you look for a house, or a flat, the first thing you hope is to find someone who can help you in the process and facilitate your "journey" toward the new place.
This is what I experienced with Rozzanna @ ReedsRains. It was not the first time my wife and I called Rozzanna for a flat and I have to say that it has always been a pleasure because she is a delicious person and a great professional. She is always gentle, precise, clear in explanations, competent and, in one word: "RELIABLE".
In my experience I had some unpleasant experiences with estate agencies but, honestly, never with ReedsRains.
I recommend the branch of Portishead and Rozzanna to anyone who needs someone to turn to in case of need.
Last, but not least, I take the chance to thank you, Rozzanna, for all your work.

Fair pricing and certainly get better service and market knowledege than you get with an online agency. We did check them out by way of comparison and their "real estate agents" were based about 30 miles away so hardly local.

This is the second time we have used this agent to sell a property which in itself shows that we were extremely happy with the service and support from Martin and his team and we weren't disappointed this time either!
Some new faces have joined, our property was one of the first ones that Candy took on and she fitted in well with the team and looked after us with a smile and a giggle along the way. Always a pleasure to deal with her. Catherine managed the post sales work brilliantly and kept us informed of progress and helped iron out issues along the way.
Well done Reeds Rains, still the best agent in Portishead!! I would have no hesitation to recommend you to anyone who wants a professionally agent who knows their market and moreover have a natural, human way of dealing with their clients on either side of the house moving process.

Selling our father's bungalow following his death was an emotional experience for us. The Reeds Rains team were understanding and highly professional in their approach from the outset when Martin valued the property. There were a few challenges along the way however Catherine calmly steered us through the process to completion.

I cannot praise Reed Rains highly enough! They were the fourth agent we used in trying to sell our property and we really wished we had gone to them first time round! They got us loads of viewings (which all the other agents failed to do despite the big promises!) and of course therefore a buyer! They communicated all the way through the conveyancing process reassuring us when things weren't going to plan and were very happy to communicate with the buyer and solicitors where required. I hate to say this...but they were well worth their fee!
