Fees i don't think anyone will be happy with and Reeds Rains are no different. They are certainly on the higher side to competitors. Fees for renewal of contract seem absolutely ridiculous to me. i have been advised i will have to pay £120 if i want to extend my contract. I cannot comprehend this given it is in the Landlords best interest to have a consistent and reliable tenant. Its claimed this is needed for contract amends which i find incredibly hard to believe. Also there will be no need to market the property which will save on advertising time/costs, plus the Landlord is guaranteed not to have a void period.

Contact their customers as promised instead if the customer having to chase them. If the first suggestion isn\'t possible then reduce thir fees as no one should pay thone fees to be ignored.
For the fees they charge I would expect an impeccable level of service but the staff have no idea how to talk to people let alone customers!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
