I hope that the company consider hiring people with higher qualifications in dealing with the customer, keeping promises and sticking to the dates of the expected calls.

Hayley Portlock is an absolute superstar!!! She managed to sort out in a matter of hours what the landlord was dragging his feet on for weeks! During the months into the country wide Covid-19 lock down situation I went almost 4 weeks without a working fridge freezer and had to go out day to day to buy food for every meal time. Weeks went by and after endless emails trying to get the situation sorted (i.e. countless back and forth emails between me, another reeds rain employee and the landlord), the landlord seemed to have shown no care or concern for the urgency and need of a functioning fridge freezer during a global pandemic! On Hayley's first day back to work from her furlough she not only called me immediately to show concern to what I was going through having been left without a functioning fridge freezer for so long during the pandemic crisis, but she also made my situation her priority and went above and beyond her call of duty by asking her own partner to sort out the fridge freezer. Her partner came round within mere couple of hours and not only sorted out the replacement fridge but also took the old broken one downstairs for disposal which he wasn't paid to do. Thank you so so much again for your great service Hayley. Please also extend my many thanks to your partner also for stepping in and coming round so quickly. You're both absolute Ledges and have restored my faith in common human decency and care first above the landlord's apparent lack of care and heartlessness!

After using Reeds Rains Manchester for many years I was unfortunate enough to have them completely mismanage one of my rentals. They commenced a tenancy against my instruction not to and wreaked havoc ever since that day. They take no responsibility for their wrong doings and expect their customers to be OK with that.
I am always willing to allow a second chance, but as I offered that to Reeds Rains Manchester they threw it back in my face. An unprofessional business with a poor team across the board.
One star is a star too many.

As I was the buyer not the vendor I can’t comment but my perception is that they earned every penny of it as the complexity of the delays was such that they had to make frequent contact and work very hard to ensure everything was sorted.

I am an overseas buyer. I was told before that the UK house buying process would normally take a long time to complete because of the comprehensive land search and uncertainties may also arise as it is not contract-binding in the beginning and the buyer cannot secure the deal by paying down-payment.�I also found it very difficult even just to make offers to the sellers to reach the 'STC' stage. I felt frustrated as I have missed the boat many times through the hands of other real estate agents. Until I found Reeds Rains, I have got a different and pleasant experience.�
At first I was impressed by sufficient information posted on your website, the property email alert function, and also the online landlord portal service. Later on, when I started the buying process, I was very glad to have the service of your staff - Miss Justyna Ghernaout of Reeds Rains Manchester in handling and securing my deal. She not only showed professionalism with concern for different issues, but also handled and solved them efficiently.�

the property manager is a credit to your company.
I specialise in customer service and training and have nothing but good things to say. I cant thank you enough for the sense of urgency when dealing with my issues this minimised stress
friends and polite its makes this a pleasure todo
I can honestly say due to this experience I don't plan on leaving reads for a number of years and would gladly recommend the company to colleagues and friends
people like this will ensure you continued growth in Manchester
if your moving and you want as little stress as possible reeds is the agency for you
the only feedback I would give is the cleanliness of the apartment wasn't up to my standard and in comparison to when i have moved into other property with other agents
