As a landlord, it's all very lovely during the tenant finding phase but then it all deteriorates once the tenant is in and ongoing maintenance begins because the back office staff then lose all the good faith built by the Macclesfield office. The mark up on work makes prices extortionate and... Read Full Review

As a landlord, it's all very lovely during the tenant finding phase but then it all deteriorates once the tenant is in and ongoing maintenance begins because the back office staff then lose all the good faith built by the Macclesfield office. The mark up on work makes prices extortionate and god forbid you ask for a breakdown of the work and parts. The back office staff are unhelpful and give you as little information as possible. It's a pity that they let down the staff you meet upfront.
