we have purchased a house through Reeds Rains in Goole. The service we have received has not been good.
I have given specific instructions on who to contact, they have persistently called my partner who works shifts. They had my phone number incorrect and my e-mail address. They have never kept us updated on the sale process or offered any assistance. Our financial advisor called the office to ask for an update on when the survey was taking place. He was told to call us as we had the vendors number so we could find out when the survey was taking place! That is not customer service! We didn't even ask for the vendors number this was left on my partners voicemail, even though I had specifically said to only call myself.
I have bought and sold a lot of houses in the past and have always been provided with good customer service and been dealt with by motivated staff. Sadly I did not find either with this agent.

He is very peofessional,poilte, friendly and easy going, He understood my circumstances and worked with me until my needs had been met. He went above and beyond his role and we achieved a fab outcome. Danny also gave up his free time on a day off to ensure all my paper work had been signed off and completed.
I highly recommend reeds raines goole and danny bones for anyone that is interested in renting or buying a property.

Tracey gave me a high valuation for my house - more than other agents in the area and this figure was nearly achieved so I was very pleased.
