I would not recommend reeds rains Evesham if you actually want to sell your house. The viewings we did have were either people who hadn't got their own house on the market, who hadn't sold or hadn't got a mortgage in principle. Most of the viewings took at best 5 minutes which I know as I had a ring door bell and I went over to my neighbours house whilst the viewings took place. How the hell you can properly show someone around a decent sized 4 bedroom house beats me. Communication was rubbish I had to keep contacting George to find out how the short viewing went. I found their enthusiasm to actually sell my house was poor so in the end brought Leggett and James in as well. As soon as Leggett and James came on board Reeds rains basically sat back and waited for them to sell my house as they still wanted their commission regardless. It took Leggett and James 4 weeks and it was sold. The only thing Reeds rains did was repeatedly tell me I was in breach of contract and would still be liable for the fee. Funny that surely they were in breach of contract for not giving a s***t and putting in no effort apart from taking pictures and putting the house online. Oh and apparently sending a few emails out. The one thing they were quick at was chasing me for their money when my sale went through. Save yourself time, money and a lot of stress and go with a quality estate agent such as Leggett and James who were amazing and a hell of a lot cheaper!!!

Very happy with whole experience. Jack valued my property and was professional and courteous throughout. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Aleisha did some viewings for me and she was very friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any queries. Julie was great too and send me the relevant paperwork and was helpful if I had a question. Their fees are reasonable and the app is fantastic to check the progress of your sale. The staff were professional, welcoming,
Friendly, polite and gave good solid advice.
