The house we moved into was filthy, dusty, bins were full, garden was untidy and we were told quite the opposite. Had loads of problems in the admin process and getting signed up (which a lot of what we paid for went towards, no doubt). Katie Ruth has been great to us.

Very efficient handling of maintenance issue and prompt handling as well as correspondence. I do some times think that the tenants should share the cost of maintenance as they are the ones who use / abuse things - but this is something outside the good service provided by my estate...
