The lady called Cheryl at the Coventry Branch is disrespectful and rude. I did tell her that I had emailed the company on the night of the 24th Dec that I wouldnt view the property. If I had the email id or contact number of the owner I would have done it but I ATLEAST emailed the company for cancellation and apologised. Cheryl however did not like it obviously as she has probably never cancelled any appointment in the pandemic 2020 year and paid no heed to my apologetic email either. Got a call from her today which was revengeful for not viewing the property and threatened to remove me from the data base. I did think of calling and speaking to her but this is not worth my time in the NEW YEAR. Is this really the way to attract potential buyers???

Neil,Cheryl and Ben were fantastic in keeping me updated during the process, coping with a pedantic and demanding buyer ( or rather her dad!) with professionalism and humour securing a satisfactory completion in 8 weeks.

Chose to use Reeds Rains to market my house I was selling, as their quotation was very competitive and the valuer (Neil) was very professional, polite and helpful in answering all my questions.
I found their online itinerary timeline very useful and informative.
They managed to arrange numerous viewings in the first week alone and offer was accepted within 3 weeks of going to market.
Most of all though I'd like to praise their staff for always being easily contactable and responding by phone or email swiftly. In particular I dealt with Cheryl, who was always friendly and happy to help. Any questions I had she'd answer and any chasing up with other parties in the chain she'd be on top of even without my having to ask. There were a few issues which cropped up during the process (as is often the case with house sales/purchases that contain a long chain) but Cheryl was very good in keeping me informed with the position of the buyer of my property and at no point did I feel left in the dark. She even went the extra mile to keep me updated during her week off as it coincided with a critical period in the process.
Excellent customer service and I would happily use Reeds again.

Having used Reeds Rains previously when remorgaging I felt more than happy to use their services again. Our new advisor Natasha has and continues to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble for her, even knowing myself that I'm not the easiest of customers as I'm always asking questions! She is always willing to answer. I would recommend without question to any of my friends or family to use the services avalible if you want an advisor that is honest and always happy to help.
