My check out was not done in time for my new client moving in and so the inventory could not be completed properly. Reeds Rains therefore had to get a company in for me. My check out was not done in time for my new client moving in and so the inventory could not be completed properly.
Reeds Rains therefore had to get a company in for me. The company (Swish) did the clean at a cost of £210 which i had to pay immediately. I would never have the zero deposit again as you have to wait ages to be paid. If the tenants paid a deposit then this would be taken from this.
I have been waiting 3 months and although i have been told the claim is successful and the money is in an account waiting, it still has not been paid to me.
Although i have a fully managed service, I am being pushed to other offices to chase my money.

Sold my house with Reeds Rains and used their mortgage advisor Simon too, I would highly recommend both, absolutely lovely staff and extremely helpful! However, Adam is not just a mortgage broker he is much more - he went the extra mile in so many circumstances, he's friendly, incredibly proactive and gets the job done! He gave me plenty of great advice, set aside a lot of his time (much more than you would expect) and even submitted an appeal on my behalf in order to secure the mortgage I required - I needed to sell up and move on and he made that happen so I'm extremely grateful for all the hard work he and his team put in. Excellent service from the lettings team. This wasn't an easy let as myself as land lady was probably being over fussy about finding the right tenants.
