The Burnley branch of Reeds Rains has been managing my investment property for over three years, and throughout that time, the service from the team, and from Phil Simpson and Dawn Stuttard in particular, has been exemplary. I was especially impressed with the way in which the Burnley Reed Rains team dealt with a tenant who had fallen behind on their rent, their speed in organising affordable, high-quality renovations of the property, and their ability to quickly organise viewings and secure a new tenant. I would highly recommend the Burnley Reeds Rains team to all landlords who are seeking a professional, responsive and proactive managing agent.

All the team where great but especially Rachel holt what a super star ? we are so grateful for all her hard work on getting the sale over the line.
We am not planning to move again anytime soon but if we do reeds rains would be without a doubt the first place we would call .
