The house was sold in good time, despite challenging market conditions, and we were lucky enough to have really good first time buyers. The sale process was fairly smooth mainly due to our agent. The whole team at Rash & Rash: Matt, Mary, Hetal and Claire provided an excellent service and we highly recommend them.

Never use this estate agent they are extremely unorganised and unprofessional as a tenant living in a property they managed I was left without heating for over 4 months with my son who was only 1years old. They are extremely nonchalant and do not care about the well being of their tenants- they have failed to communicate issues with the landlord. Extremely poor service

This company did not serve all the correct paper work to my tenant and when the contract was finished yet again the correct legal papers were not served as they should have been.
