Shocking, absurd amount for the service they give.

We had pictures taken of the property and charged £150 for this, we had informed them at the time before having pictures done that the render and fascia/guttering was all going to be redone but they wont replace any pictures they have online unless we pay an extra £150 again, we weren't told this originally!
We had lots of viewings on the open day but hardly received any feedback at all, or most weren't interested in the property which is fair enough, but since the open day we have had nothing but terrible service. Estate agents cancelling viewings last minute, not turning up to take the viewings then being told by the manager "oh these things happen, its human error" I even turned up home early when a viewing was meant to being taken place and there were no signs any one had even been round (left doors unlocked to see if they would be locked afterwards, they weren't) We have also been told by several viewers themselves that they weren't told the render was being completed before any sale, or they had been waiting weeks to get a viewing but with no call backs.
Now we are tied in until 19th June when our contract is up, and i cannot wait until its over! Never going to use this company again, and many of my friends and family have also heard about this service.
We are currently trying to do an Easy mover with Taylor Wimpey to get a home my partner and I really like. The easy mover use 2 other estate agents to list the property. They could use Ra Bennett but RA bennett have said this cant happen as they have to be sole agency and are not even willing to work together with Taylor Wimpey....
I can't wait until the 19th is over the quicker we get rid of this company the better! they wont be getting my money or I be using their services ever again!

Very poor service, your operation as an estate agent and trying to sell our property has been very poor in our estimation. Various promises we're made to us re: the “Perfect Launch†day on the 9th September which now appear total and utter fabrication on your side, on the 1st visit by Gemma your sales advisor, only wanted to get us to sign and it was push, push, push. Also we had to pay £149.00 to have the pictures took of the house, which I've never heard of this before. The tactics used by your organisation and staff to encourage us to use your services are very poor indeed and tantamount to harassment to sign a contract and when we asked to cancel the said contract we we're told we had to wait 20x weeks before we could appoint another estate agent. Bully tactics, beware.

I would of got the same service with purple bricks for a reasonable price. Did not feel looked after. Also when Gemma came to property I felt rushed into making the decision and wanted me to pay straight away for photos. Afterwards I thought it was all a bit rushed. Would I use these guys again. No way. Over priced. Not looked after.

Absolutely terrible! My experience with this company has been one i will never forget for all the wrong reasons.
Avoid them at all costs because they will make you pay and pay and give you no service.

Absolutely terrible! My experience with this company has been one i will never forget for all the wrong reasons. Avoid them at all costs because they will make you pay and pay and give you no service. They won't return your calls and fix problems in your rental property. Tonight i sit with no heating or hot water after reporting the problem to them over a month ago. They simply don't care and will even lie to cover up their failures. They even change their minds on how much they will charge you to renew your tenancy . Can be anything from £125.00 to £75.00 to simply re-print the tenancy document and get you to sign it. LOL RA Bennet a contract is a contract and you have failed to up hold it!! BE WARNED PEOPLE
