Queen Bee Properties is a leading property sales and letting agents firm in Glasgow. Our office is located near the Charring Cross railway station in the Wood Place Business Centre. We manage properties all throughout Scotland, focusing on surrounding regions of Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen.
Our sales process includes initial market valuation, preparing client`s property for viewings to make a good impression, implementing our marketing strategy with professional photos, detailed property descriptions, usage of property portals and local press, conducting viewings, managing offers, preparing legal documents, contracts and processing the sale. As a lettings agency we offer two types of service: Full Management and Letting Only. Our full inclusive property management service includes moving in tenants, maintaining the property and collecting payments. If a landlord choose our Letting Only service, we will be responsible of finding tenants and arranging the agreements but the property maintenance and rent collection is done by the landlord.
