We used PWR from May 2015. We have had virtually no communication with them until terminating the contract. I sent details of someone that wanted to view our property and they stated they had contacted them but when i checked with them they hadn't contacted them at all. I had to repeatedly chase them to see how many people had viewed the property online. We had no *viewings as they stated they would do every 2, 4 and then 8 week periods. We arranged an open day, only to be sent no brochures as promised and no details of who or when people would be attending. I asked for advice on how to make the property more attractive to buyers but received no reply. When terminating the contract they refused to remove the property from their listings for 14 days.
I'd urge anyone to not use PWR.

I have been involved with PWR Property Consultants for a number of years within all aspects of their services and I have never come across an agent that puts as much effort, heart and consideration to the service which they are offering their clients.
They have a genuine interest in clients requirements and they do their very best to deliver a service which pleases all involved, including the tenants.
If you want a company which is going to act within the remits of the law, put every effort in delivering and knows how to let a property, then have no hesitation and instruct PWR Lettings.

What agent could do to change your mind?
I Feel the Sales commission is very low in the UK, but for the calibre and quality of imput understandable. In my previous experiences in the UK, There were very few effective Estate Agents in the area, as they have not had the required traiing or financial motivation. Most Agents dont even go out and canvas property they only mandate when a client phones in to sel!. Then they put an advert on the internet, (many dont have Buyers Lists whom they approach when a new property comes onto the market,) instead they wait for a Buyer to phone in respone to the Advert. Next they phone the Owner/tenant to make a viewing appointment. Often they dont even accompany the clients when they view! absoloutely no Selling!! Excellent Agents can sell and move most properties, but to get that quality, they need to be trained and motivated with much Higher Commission. My PWR Agent showed the property personally, took viewers and gave them the marketing speel. After the Property Transfer, I volountarily paid an extra GBP500 commission in appreciation.

Changing over to PWR was the best decision I ever made, the support and service provided was outstanding, in fact, I would go so far as to say Exceptional.
Shortly after appointing PWR, I moved to Australia. Every query or request was attended to immediately and never once did I have to wait for a response or feedback. PWR often organised things on my behalf which was not part of our rental agreement ,as a favour, knowing I was unable to attend to same being out of the country. To be fair, it is not only these two Agents who went the went the extra mile for me, I had the same support and attention from the Manager and all the PWR staff I had dealings with.
Any repairs or maintenace work needing to be done, was immediately attended to and they always ensured all quotes submitted were very competitvely priced. After letting the property for four years I decided to I wanted to sell. I had no hesitiation in remaining with PWR and appointing their Property PWR Sales team.
When the property became vacant during the marketing period and no rental income was coming in, they still looked after the property for me at no extra charge.
The Professional Standards and Service offered by PWR, should be the Industries Benchmark.

Very poor service. Upon arrival, the gas engineer (having made allowance during their busy schedule to do this) was told by the agents that they had forgot to load these pre payment cards with credit, even though they had received advanced funds from myself. Hence the gas engineer could not get the gsc done and the agent did not even have the courtesy to apologise to the gas engineer. It demonstrates how lazy and incompetent letting agents are. I would never trust PWR again to let my property.

Well the fact is that a year and 15 emails after the bills still coming to me.
I had been renting in Nottingham with 3 different agencies.They were all fine until the moment when any problem come out, just pray and prepare to deal with that by your own if your agency is PWR.

To be fair they did the basics but that is about the sum total of my experience, I feel I have been a good tenant and have made sure the the property was maintained to a high standard. I feel really exploited by the £30 reference fee charged by PWR when requested by new landlord, just money for old rope, then to add insult to injury to be charged 45p to use a debit card left even sourer taste in the mouth. The wording of the letters that I was sent while as a tenant, for example for yearly property inspection, were almost threatening stating in bold font that unless access provided risk loosing my tenancy what is frustrating is that PWR did not even make a single attempt contact me by phone to make suitable arrangement so onus placed back on the tenant to call to change appointment time if required.

I lived in a lovely 3bed property managed by pwr mansfield for nearly 3 years, right from me viewing the house they were very helpful, friendly and very professional. I moved in without a hitch, when I came across any problems, ie boiler broke and garden fence panel blew through, they were exceptional in resolving these issues promptly. They respected my right to quiet enjoyment of the property and liaised with me on inspections, giving me plenty of notice with the option to rearrange if necessary. I would like to thank the whole team for a wonderful experience and also the landlady in providing me a beautiful home to live in for the last 3 years, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending pwr! I'm moving purely because I need a bigger house for my children and it's a shame that pwr aren't the agency managing the property I am moving into. Once again a huge thank you pwr xx

I have always been satisfied with how they manage them. They keep me updated with any problems and immediately try to resolve them.

We have been with PWR for the last 3 years and since transferring our portfolio to them we have been very pleased with the managed services they have provided.
The personnel are very knowledgeable, helpful, and flexible in their support and provide a personal and professional service.
As our portfolio has grown and our involvement with PWR has increased over the years, we are very pleased and happy that they are managing our properties. They seem to understand our interests and are able to adapt to meet our preferences.
They are celebrating 10 years in the business and we wish them every success in the future.

I have never rented a property before so I wanted advice that would be clear to me and help me with my decisions. I chose PWR as recommended by a friend and I was extremely happy with the service.
