Viewed the property and said we wanted to proceed. Then nothing. No updates over a week. Chased answers and finally got told two days before the proposed movein date that the landlord wanted to sell. Chased answers and finally got told two days before the proposed movein date that the landlord wanted to sell.
These things can happen, fair enough. But the way it was handled was awful.
They knew we were on a tight timeline. They knew we were ready to move. Yet we were left in the dark, wasting time and energy.
The communication was completely lacking. No updates unless we chased. No ownership. No urgency.
If you're expecting even the basics of professionalism, look elsewhere. This was a mess.
