Proctors managed my buy to house in Blackburn quite a few years. They managed a tricky tenant so well and always kept me informed. Also arranged repairs and refurbishment when necessary. Great at communicating. Sadly the tenant died last year but they managed that process well, arranged a house clearance and marketed it sale. Sale price achieved and all went smoothly. Highly recommended letting and selling.

I have been dealing with Proctors for 15 years and have built up a great relationship with all the staff. They are helpful, professional and efficient. They work very well as a team and always keep you updated with any problems etc. that may occur when you are letting your property.
They have also assisted me in the sale of my apartment recently, and there is no doubt that the completion was achieved much more quickly with their intervention.

Superb service. I had dealings with Peter from Proctors for many months.
There had been delays with the house sale but this was due to solicitors.
Peter kept me updated as much as he could and also chased things when he didn't have to. We built a good repour between us.
