We rent with a property managed by prestige property. I would warn any potential tennant or landlord about using them.
1. The staff are utterly incompetant and they don't care about you as long as they have your money
2. Requests for the new passcode so we can actually enter our flat are ignored. We frequently lose access to where we live because they can't be bothered to update us.
3. They do quarterly reviews of your property in such a blizzard fashion. Eg. No review for a year then two in two weeks.
4. Good luck catching them after 4 or between the hours 12-2. No one will answer the phone.
Ignore these cowboys. Luckily because they are so unorganised and didn't even bother to send us another contract we were able to terminate our tenancy with only one months notice. Avoid
