Clare is the rudest person I've ever met, she took money out of my deposit for cleaning, even though the house was cleaned from top to bottom including carpets shampooed, by myself as I am employed as a cleaner. Clare is the rudest person I've ever met, she took money out of my deposit for cleaning, even though the house was cleaned from top to bottom including carpets shampooed, by myself as I am employed as a cleaner. Then when I asked for proof that she had paid for cleaners she got the new tenants parents to write a letter to say they had cleaned it and I had to pay them for the time. Absolute joke. I also left my cooker because she said the new tenants didn't have one, and I left a lovely fireplace up that wasn't there when Moved in. Katie on the other hand was always helpful when I phoned up for repairs etc

What a horrid experience dealing with these rude incompetent people. Claire is the "manager" who clearly has never been on a managerial course in her life! or customer service for that matter. When this company folds (and it will due to its incompetency of the owners) and her daddy can no longer employ her, is going to get the shock of her life when she enters the real world, employed by someone who expects her to show decency to people. Her rudeness knows no bounds. Interrupts when being spoke to, I was even told "tough" when i said that the boiler, yes boiler was broken and I couldn't wait another week without hot water (i have 2 babies). When i sought some rent back because of this (i had to live with my mother for 2 weeks) using a solicitor's letter quoting the tenancy law in question, they sent an office junior round to serve 2 months notice!!! What was a traumatic time because of these cowboys, was actually a silver lining as I am now living in a well maintained property with Connells who have shown me that letting agents are normally decent, not rude, unhelpfull and vile like these horrific people. Stay away from them, you will regret going near!!!

Absolutely Terrible. Repairs are never carried out. the property we rented had dangerous defects. Absolutely Terrible. Repairs are never carried out. the property we rented had dangerous defects. I was a tenant for a couple of years with PLS and I was very happy with the service provided by them.
Any maintenance issues were always resolved immediately and when I left they were very professional and I had my security deposit back quickly.

I have been a tenant with pls moveme2 for over two years now. If I ever have any problems I give them a call and it gets sorted within a day or two. I find all staff very friendly and helpful. I have been a tenant with pls moveme2 for over two years now. If I ever have any problems I give them a call and it gets sorted within a day or two. I find all staff very friendly and helpful. I am thinking of up-sizing to a bigger property and will definitely stay with this agent as know they will be very accommodating and ensure my move goes smoothly.

And that's just the customer service, now lets get on to the properties.
I was unfortunate to rent one of the Wilson properties and they all in the office make it clear that they do no like doing repairs or replacing anything. As a result the carpets are threadbare (I viewed a few properties) and filthy (funny considering extra deposit is taken for animals) and they have the cheek to try and (unsuccessfully) take some deposit back off you when you dared leave it cleaner than you found it!! All in all, avoid. I have only heard bad things about them from other unfortunate tenants.

Do they care? How much deposit will I get back? Nil.

is it possible to give these looney toons negative stars?? they moved us into a house in winter 2009 which had a broken boiler. obviously, they pretended that this was news to them but we had a word with our neighbours who confirmed that the previous tenant with a toddler moved out before the end of their contract because of issues they had with the boiler. so instead of fixing the issue, PLS simply re-advertised the house. Numerous phonecalls and complaints later (also involving Citizens Advice Bureau), PLS moved us to another property which seemed fine. 2 weeks later, we started getting visits and letters from administrators saying the house had gone into administration. we spoke with PLS about this and we were told to ignore them - even after showing legal paperwork that was handed to us.
fortunately for us, (and involving citizens advice), we still have our house because we did the wise thing and listened to the receivers.
look, avoid these silly donkeys!! most of the property they manage belongs to Fergus Wilson. if you have not heard of his reputation, Google is your best friend. a word is certainly enough for the wise!
