Rented a flat managed by them, found some faults that needed addressing and was promised to be fixed... Ended up 5 months with occasionally having hot water (keep in mind we had a 5 mo mh old baby at the time, had no support... Got constantly harassed and in the end just had to move elsewhere Stay ...
