This company is awful.. They owe us months worth of rent and every time i phone up or email, they don’t reply. I’m at a complete loss what to do. They lie about people being in meetings etc just to avoid speaking to us. It’s so upsetting and frustrating. Probably a company on its way... Read Full Review

Since Peter Morgan have taken over this estate agents in Talbot Green, it has been awful. Since Peter Morgan have taken over this estate agents in Talbot Green, it has been awful. Much the same as the other reviews, I will be owed 3months rent as from next week, no response from anyone or explanation as to where my rent is and why it is being withheld. Also no response or acknowledgement from the action team who are supposed to be sorting out this absolute mess. I am ringing them more or less daily, with the usual 'I can't access the accounts, ill pass the message on or ill chase this up today'. I've had to escalate this to rent smart wales and I am seeking legal advice, my tenant has also been given notice as I can no longer deal with the stress this company has caused over the last year. Avoid!!!!

If you are ever thinking of renting a property through Peter Morgan Property Management then please think again as they are without doubt the worst lettings agent I have ever come across. They do not care about their tenants an if there is a problem then it is far too much trouble. They have recently had many changes in the office and the new people do not seem to have a clue as to what they are doing. We recently received a letter saying we were behind in our rent and they were going to reposes the property (we have never been in arrears in the 7 years we have been with them! "*"

After 2 unanswered emails (still unanswered), an unanswered Facebook message and many unanswered phone calls I finally got through to Peter Morgan Estate Agents to request a viewing. The rather rude woman I spoke to could not have been more unhelpful if she tried. Can I view at the weekend? NO.... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Improve their opening times. \"Office hours\" for an estate agent is ridiculous. Improve their telephone manner. The woman I spoke to was obviously not suited to being in a sales environment.

She offered Tuesday but unfortunately like many home buyers, I work (so I can afford to buy things like houses) and I cannot take time off just to fit in with an estate agent. They should attempt to fit in with me. I am the buyer!

I decided to pop in to their office to pick up the house details on saturday afternoon (about 1pm) only to find that they were shut for the weekend. Every other estate agent was open for business but not them. They had all gone home!
I shall use a different agent to buy my home.
