They have always provided a great service. Can't praise them highly enough. They give a detailed inventory at the start of the tenancy and clear guidance as to how to return the property. No problem getting deposit back in ... Read Full Review

AVOID PERTHSHIRE PROPERTIES: Overall the flat was nice enough...BUT BE WARNED - Do not expect to get your deposit back without a fight. It took over 6 weeks to get any kind of money back from them and it wasn't even all of it. They are also very rude, completely arrogant, completely unprofessional ... Read Full Review
