After finding a new build property, we needed to sell our property to secure it. Then lockdown happened, however, a buyer out of the blue wanted to purchase our property. Erling came out to my property to value it and valued it just at the right price and was able to get 10-12 viewings in the first week, after a number of second viewings it was sold in week two.
