I used Pendle Hill Properties to sell my property. They took excellent photographs and also did get people through the door. Been honest when charging the invoice and made more effort in keeping in touch throughout the whole process. Used another agent for another property we had in the south and they were far better at keeping everyone on touch with what was going on.
I think the fees paid were in the circumstances excessive for very little effort.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
