I can’t praise the staff at Paul Carr Walmley branch enough.
I found myself in the unfortunate position of having to sell my late Mum’s property after her untimely passing during the Covid-19 pandemic. The process was made very easy for me and the staff were all very courteous and approachable. I really appreciated their kind words, especially as they had known my Mum through selling her the property only a few months earlier.
I had to make some initial Enquiries and Georgina dealt with them very efficiently, despite working from home and the branch being closed during lockdown.
Listing the property was dealt with by Katy and again it was very efficient and she was very helpful making it an easy process.
There was a single viewing, lead by Emily and I was delighted that she was able to secure the asking price on the day of the viewing. Emily was extremely easy to deal with and I have no doubt that her personality and courteous manner was instrumental in resolving things so quickly. Throughout she kept me updated and called me when she said she would.
I cannot express my thanks enough to the team, not only on securing a sale at the right price but so quickly and seamlessly and I would have no hesitation in dealing with them in the future!

Katie sold our house quickly and was so professional and friendly. Just what you need when selling a house.
Upon confirmation of sale we dealt with Vicky who was also brilliant and dealt with us in a professional manner.
Honestly, I can not recommend Paul Carr enough if you want to sell your house. They really care about you and your sale and keep in touch with you as much as you want.
You have been amazing and we are so happy with your service!

The process of exchanging contracts, Paul Carr didn't help at all. I chased and called other estate agents in the chain to get more up to date information. Any information I received from Paul Carr was out of date/time and not useful. If staff don't have the time to do their role completely, then the fee should be reduced and expectation set. To be told I'm out of the office and I'll chase at 4.30pm isn't a good enough response when there are literally days left before the sale would be likely to fall through.
No help from management either, I will be sharing with anyone I know not to use Paul Carr or even consider. I'm very dissatisfied with paying a fee of 2,600 when I've done most of the work myself and through other agencies!!!

Had to write a review on the amazing service we recd from Carol Barnes.
We were having a very stressful day on the day before our move date. With 7 people in a chain the exchange of contracts simply wasn’t happening.
One phone call to Carole and she took complete control of the situation chasing solicitors and checking the progress of the chain from top to bottom, feeding back any updates to us as they happened.
Although the chain didn’t manage to complete the exchange on this day, due to lack of time and people at the bottom of the chain being not easy to contact , carol took control again the following day, reassuring us that she would do her utmost to ensure the process was completed. She fed back to us stage by stage updating us as to how far the process was from completing, She was absolutely determined that we would get the keys to our new property that day and this she managed to achieve. Thanks so much Carol, we honestly don’t know what we would have done without you. You are a credit to Paul Carr, you really are.

Have used Paul Carr Walmley to sell my property and even though the 1st vendor pulled out another vendor was found. The whole process went through smoothly in part mainly by the introduction of Carol Barnes to my sale. She gave me the confidence that I had chosen the right agents in Paul Carr. When we had just about given up and were ready to move into my moms Vicki rang with a property which was absolutely perfect and we moved in just 4 weeks after that phone call.
Fantastic service, keep you updated on everything throughout the process and I would highly recommend.
