Had to write a review on the amazing service we recd from Carol Barnes. We were having a very stressful day on the day before our move date. With 7 people in a chain the exchange of contracts simply wasn’t happening. One phone call to Carole and she took complete control of the situation chasing solicitors and checking the progress of the chain from top to bottom, feeding back any updates to us as they happened. Although the chain didn’t manage to complete the exchange on this day, due to lack of time and people at the bottom of the chain being not easy to contact , carol took control again the following day, reassuring us that she would do her utmost to ensure the process was completed. She fed back to us stage by stage updating us as to how far the process was from completing, She was absolutely determined that we would get the keys to our new property that day and this she managed to achieve. Thanks so much Carol, we honestly don’t know what we would have done without you. You are a credit to Paul Carr, you really are.
