Thank you Jo Strawbridge for exceptional work in the selling of my home. Jo was extremely effective at chasing down required updates and very proactive in making things happen. When our seller didn't want to wait more than 6-8 weeks to move (we never agreed to move this quick) they allowed her to relist the property with them with a higher price while still keeping insisting on keeping us a buyer, So that she could try and get more for her property - effectively... When our seller didn't want to wait more than 6-8 weeks to move (we never agreed to move this quick) they allowed her to relist the property with them with a higher price while still keeping insisting on keeping us a buyer, So that she could try and get more for her property - effectively allowing us to be gazumpted three quarters of the way through our purchase - losing us money. No communication whatsoever with any of the solicitors - just bowed down to the buyers demands at every stage. Never known an agency to be so underhand and so unprofessional. We pulled out of the purchase in the end and they never contacted us again.

Trying to sell our property through Paul Fox was a huge mistake. We had 5 viewings in 6 months, 4 of these were not in a position to buy. What agent could do to change your mind?
Answered the phone Called us back Sent the right paperwork for the right house Opened later than 4.30 Took decent photos Chased up feedback from viewings Knew the details given of the house Need I go on...

Trying to sell our property through Paul Fox was a huge mistake. We had 5 viewings in 6 months, 4 of these were not in a position to buy. Not all their fault but...Trying to contact Ryan Fox was a nightmare. We only ever received 3 seller valuations out of the 7 we should have had, and even then we had to chase them up. Ryan never returned calls, nor did the people in the office. After promising to call us back, Ryan never did, so we decided to change agents and requested on the phone, via email and in person for EPC back - then they sent us one for the wrong house. I can't believe the incompetence of these people! How they are still trading I really don't know. Utterly disgusted with the service we received and I'm sorry I wasted 7 months on the market with this ridiculous "agent".
