When our seller didn't want to wait more than 6-8 weeks to move (we never agreed to move this quick) they allowed her to relist the property with them with a higher price while still keeping insisting on keeping us a buyer, So that she could try and get more for her property - effectively... Trying to sell our property through Paul Fox was a huge mistake. We had 5 viewings in 6 months, 4 of these were not in a position to buy. Answered the phone Called us back Sent the right paperwork for the right house Opened later than 4.30 Took decent photos Chased up feedback from viewings Knew the details given of the house Need I go on...
