Terrible and unethical
As a tenant i experienced a horrendous and unprofessional service from start to finish.
From looking at the property and experiencing sexism when being shown the property. To experiencing delays in moving in. Shoddy and delayed repairs. Unprofessionalism. It goes on ….
It was no surprise at all to then have to wait over 5 weeks for my deposit and that they were trying their best to take illegally every penny they could.
I would genuinely be ashamed if I worked here.

My family used Pattinsons Whickham branch to sell a pair of flats we had recently inherited. Living some distance from the property we needed a local agent who could take control of the sale all supervise all the viewings.
Ian Robson took time with us in explaining alternative sales strategies and helped us to decide that Pattinsons North East Auction was the best approach to obtain a competitive market and the quick clean sale we were looking for.
Pattinsons marketing was able to generate a substantial number of viewings in a short space of time and a successful auction at a price that met our expectations.
I am very happy to recommend Ian Robson as a proactive estate agent who demonstrated an astute knowledge of the local property market and provided us as his client with an excellent service.

I had my property on with different agents firstly (no names...Sarah Mains - who wanted to charge more - arranged veiwings but not so great on the feedback side)
So after 8 ish months with SM I went to Pattinsons.
Ian came and valued the property and made advisement's to get the property sold
The 1st viewer that came to see the property put in an offer (and this was in December! - after 3 months of being listed)
The team made the whole sale process very easy and were very supportive with chasing things up (being a leasehold flat theres always lots of paperwork)
They are a very friendly team and would recommend them

It was off great importance for me to get a quick sale. I had been using Sahra Mains for renting purposes and they were horrendous to deal with .... I turned to Pattinsons as they had a local branch. Ian Robson had been in touch with me over 5 years about selling or renting but on advise of a family member I made the mistake of going with the aforementioned agent. When I turned to Pattinsons it was he who explained my options and went to auction which was completed quickly and for a price even after fees which was unexpectedly good. I was kept in the picture constantly by both Ian and the auction team and everything was done professionaley. Although I wasn't to impressed with the solicitor they recommended. From start to finish four weeks ..... excellent.... if you need a quick sale as I did I would recommend this agent 100%.

Needed a quick sale so sold our house via auction. Didn't sell at auction but ended up taking a lower offer a few days later. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of retaining this company to reconsider and find a more competent estate agent.
It took several phone calls to change the missing and incorrect information pattinsons had placed on thier web site about our property, and in the following five months in which pattinsons attempted to sell our property we have had a total of four viewings, two of which i doubt were interested at all (time wasters or agents) ? One family kept waitng outside our property by thier sales staff for twenty minutes. And one that offered such a derisory amount it fell just short of insulting. As to what happened to the dozens of potential buyers they had lined up to view our property before we agreed to use them as agents is anyone's guess.
When these points were mentioned to pattinsons staff, we were informed that "they cant be held responsible for the quantity or quality of their customers" ???? :-
I think you will find that as sales agents acting on your behalf, they can be held responsible.
The only efficient thing pattinsons have provided us with is their £300.00 invoice for (administration )? Costs, which turned up exactly 30 days after we decided to remove the sale of our property from their incompetant clutches.
