The photography and marketing of the property was excellent, and I was really impressed with the way Tim Nixon initially assessed the property and seemed in tune with it. I felt Pat Robson presented it in a really effective way. Trying to sell a property through a pandemic was not without a few challenges, but these were really minimised by the team. Katherine MacGregor was great at communicating and maintaining continuity. Always succinct and helpful in all communications. Tiny niggle leading to 4 stars not 5 is that sometimes difficult viewings were carried out by a lot of different agents and sometimes I had to chase feedback myself, making it hard at times to keep track. Overall, a smooth service and very competitively priced. Thanks to the team for achieving a sale as quickly as possible in challenging times.
