Patrick Gardner Bookham Office marketed the property in a very efficient, professional, yet friendly way. They accompanied buyers around the house as we were unable to be available to show anyone round. It only took a fraction over 13 weeks from taking on the property to completion (which included the Christmas break). I cannot praise the team too highly. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

We have just rented a local property for my mother-in-law, who is 82 and lives nearly 200 miles away. This is not an easy process as she is not IT literate, but Sarah at Patrick Gardner made processing the tenancy agreement simple and easy to understand and was available to help us at all times. I could not have been happier with the whole process. Other staff in Sarah's office should also take credit for answering our questions promptly and efficiently when she was unavailable. On the moving-in-day, we noticed a fence panel issue. One call to Patrick Gardner and 24 hours later, it was all resolved to the highest quality of workmanship. No-one can expect a better service than that.
