Paid £358.80 extra to use their conveyancer of which we would get £200.00 cash back. Our property was not of standard construction so their conveyancer could not deal with it! Paid £358.80 extra to use their conveyancer of which we would get £200.00 cash back. Our property was not of standard construction so their conveyancer could not deal with it! Did not get the money back! Beware of paying this charge up front. Also we did not think of, and were not offered a percentage price for selling. After dropping price considerably - this would have made a difference.
