Do not trust them maintenance team of the Oyster properties is Nightmare

And them mad us home less .after they showed us one property on harrow on the hill and I just went for see for 5 mi9 and I hand over key to landlord.
But because I refuse that house they deduct my whole month rent .
They are daylight robbers
Must look all my pic any questions call on my number 07983924192 I got all the proof. Never ever this stupid guy's.

Highly unprofessional, un ethical & nuisance.
They sent me email & confirmed my viewing & they called me the same day as well to check I had to schedule my day for the same as no other days were available stating landlord will not be available & then just 1 hour prior to viewing they called & informed the property is gone. They are highly unprofessional. Not at all recommended.

I believe that when you discuss something serious with a person, the word must be the same, so you do not present any guarantee to customers.
So, I classify it as frivolity, lack of respect for a possible client and lack of interest.

If you give a crappy service then be prepared to get slated. I have seen the top reviews for estate agents and these are the agents who are clearly getting it right... and are getting the praise they deserve. Unfortunately, Oyster properties Stanmore have given me a laughably poor service and am not surprised by their rating and recognise many of the complaints. It isn't about whiney tenants who trash the place and then whinge about not getting their deposits back, it is about unethical & immoral, shockingly bad service and a rude, bad, the world owes me a living attitude to go with it. Really ever so poor shall not be recommending them or indeed using them again awful. Best to go private always.

Oyster Properties are managing the letting of my Stanmore flat, and I couldn't be happier with them. I had to move abroad for work, and they have managed the entire process from removing and safely storing some of my personal items, finding suitable tenants within a matter of days, arranging for cleaning, spare keys, bill transfer to the new tenants etc. brilliantly. The team around Nick and Gemma are highly professional, always friendly and always very quick and efficient in answering to any enquiries I might have. I highly recommend Oyster Properties.

WARNING; ‘’You can expect exceptional service, reliable communication, and trusted advice to help you find the perfect home.’’ is the statement used on Oyster Properties and I’m disappointed to say, that is far from the truth.
I had contacted the agency to make inquiries on the day details of a particular property had been posted and was given a date when I could view it. It took several reminders, until the confirmation of time and address was (one hour before viewing) finally sent to me.
I really liked the property when I viewed it so I made an offer to pay a holding deposit immediately and was instructed to call to do this. The lady(*) who showed us this property from there began avoiding me. When my mother contacted the agency, Irene, who I arranged the viewing with, attempted to deceive my mother, stating I did not show up on the day, unaware my mother was present when viewing the property. After further attempts during a period of three weeks to get through to the agency and them constantly claiming that ‘’* was not around’’ and ‘’she’ll get in touch’’, I found out online, that the let had been agreed, to somebody else.
One month prior to this review, we did contact the founder/director and manager who both conveniently ignored our complaint.
I am still extremely perplexed as to why they handled things in this manner rather than following their ethics of ‘exceptional service’ and ‘reliable communication’ however this experience and their professionalism, abysmal.

Their sales agents are good. Maintenance staffs and coordinator is very bad and terrible. They do unfair treatment with tenant. They ignore tenants if there is any maintenance issue reported.
