Bad, the admin fees were approx. £400 which is high but that is life. The check out fees for any damage is worst. £65.00 to change a broken light bulb, £200 for a new tap, £20 for lamp shade.

Overall Fees
Property Reservation payment (per tenancy) — One week’s rent Security Deposit (per tenancy. Rent under £50,000 per year) — Five weeks’ rent Security Deposit (per tenancy. Rent of £50,000 or over per year) — Six weeks’ rent This covers damages or defaults on the part of the tenant during the tenancy. Unpaid Rent Interest at 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate from Rent Due Date until paid in order to pursue non-payment of rent. Please Note: This will not be levied until the rent is more than 14 days in arrears. Lost Key(s) and Security Device(s) Tenants are liable for the actual cost of replacing any lost key(s) or other security device(s). If the loss results in locks needing to be changed, the actual costs of a locksmith, new lock and replacement keys for the tenant, landlord any other persons requiring keys will be charged to the tenant. If extra costs are incurred there will be a charge of £15.00 per hour (inc. VAT) for the time taken replacing lost key(s) or other devices.

It doesn’t happen often, but if you feel unhappy with the service you've received from us, and are unable to resolve it with the person concerned, please fill out our online complaint form at: https://www.oscarknight.co.uk/make-an-enquiry.html?enquiry=complaint#make-an-enquiry Your complaint will be acknowledged within three working days of receipt and we’ll look into the problem, and come back with a written response within 10 working days. The letter will also confirm that if you are still unhappy with the response, you may write to The Property Ombudsman within six months for a review.
